Medicare PACE (Programs of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly)
PACE combines medical, social, and Long-term Care services for frail elderly people who live in and get health care in the community. These joint Medicare and Medicaid programs are available in some states that have chosen to offer PACE as an optional Medicaid benefit.
