Fighting fraud can pay

You may get a reward of up to $1,000 if
  • you report suspected Medicare fraud,

    AND

  • the Inspector General's Office reviews your suspicion,

    AND

  • your report leads directly to the recovery of at least $100 of Medicare money,

    AND

  • the suspected fraud you report isn't already being investigated.
